Welcome to Wildcats Basketball Club. We’ve created this club to develop our youth as basketball players and as good citizens in our community. We are a competitive basketball club that teaches the fundamentals of basketball and stress the importance of teamwork and building strong resilient players. We offer several seasons throughout the year including tryouts, tournaments, summer camps, award banquets, and a variety of opportunities to promote teamwork. We welcome youth ages 7-18 as we teach teamwork, integrity, respect, a sense of community, passion for the sport, diligence, and mental toughness that they will carry throughout their lives.

Wildcats Basketball Club has 7 primary coaching objectives that we believe are critical to success.

  1. Provide a safe and healthy environment for all kids on the team.
  2. Develop your child individually as a person first and as a player second.
  3. Give positive reinforcement based on effort rather than on results.
  4. Teach about the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
  5. Help your child develop the skills necessary to be successful on and off the court.
  6. To have fun and help your kids develop a love of the game of basketball.
  7. Prepare your child for the next season of basketball and the next chapter of life.

Wildcats Basketball Club will practice hard and play hard. Win or lose, we will always try our best. We will display good sportsmanship and play with respect and integrity. As long as we do these things we can walk off the court with our heads held high! We are Building for the Future!

Wildcats Basketball Club is proud to be a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) has been raising champions for more than a century. Since it's inception in the 1888, the AAU set the standards for amateur sports in the United States with one goal in mind: "Sports For All, Forever." It is more than a motto - it has been the focus and drive off AAU for 130 years and counting for sports in the United States and throughout the world.
